- Dana Whipkey, (Managing Director)
- Dana was Business Manager for Baltimore Shakespeare Festival from 2001-2006, and as such has seen BSF grow from a two person staff producing one play a year to a five person staff producing four plays each season. In 2007 he was named Managing Director. As an Artist, Dana has performed in thirteen BSF productions including The Tragedy of MacBeth (Banquo), Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead (Rosencrantz), and As You Like It (Jaques). Dana is a member of Actors Equity.

- Marianne Angelella, (Education Director)
- Marianne has taught and directed young actors at many theatres in the area for over ten years, the past six years as a BSF artist-in-residence in schools. Currently, she teaches theatre to undergraduate students at Loyola College. Marianne is a member of Actors Equity, and has performed at BSF (Much Ado, Julius Caesar, All's Well), Everyman, Round House and Rep Stage.

- Raine Bode, Production Manager
- Todd Mion, (Technical Director)
- has been a theatrical designer and technical director in the Baltimore area for over 20 years. For BSF he has designed lighting for Romeo and Juliet and A Dickens of a Carol, sound for Julius Caesar, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged. Todd has also built most of their productions for the last four years including Othello, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Macbeth.

- Molly Moores, (Advertising Sales Manager)
- BSF credits include: Lady MacDuff in MacBeth, Emilia in Desdemona, A Play About A Handkerchief, and Celia in As You Like It. Molly also performs One Midsummer Night for BSF's Education Department. Other favorite roles with Theatre Hopkins include Jane in Fallen Angels and Helena in All's Well That Ends Well.

- Ellen Houseknecht, (Resident Stage Manager)
- Ellen previously stage managed Desdemona, A Play About a Handkerchief for BSF. She just completed a summer as Assistant Technical Director and Venue Manager for the 2007 Capital Fringe Festival in D.C. Other recent projects include The Flu Season (SM) and The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui (Rehearsal SM) at Catalyst Theater; The Arabian Nights (guest artist SM, Baltimore School for the Arts); and SM for several staged readings at Imagination Stage. She holds a BFA from Longwood University and is a company member with the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company.
- Chris Pfingsten (Development Director)
- A Maryland native and graduate of Towson University, Chris recently returned to Baltimore after 21 years in Orlando, Florida, where he was an actor at Disney World, performing over 20,000 times in more than 10 different shows. He is also a charter resident company member of Orlando Theatre Project, Central Florida’s oldest professional theatre, where he was an actor, stage manager, producer, production manager, director, designer, and technical director for over 45 different productions and projects. He also served as President and Vice President of OTP, and from 2005-2007 was the General Manager.
- Courtney Weber (Audience Services Manager)
- Sarah Jennings, (Webmaster)
- Sarah is a Graphic and Web Designer living in Baltimore, Md. She is in the graduate Publications Design program at the University of Baltimore, and in a previous life, worked as a props-master and costume technician for theaters around the world. Sarah is active in the Baltimore Improv Group and does puppet shows at several cabarets around town. You can check some of her work on YouTube
