Each Flex Pass is valid for four admissions and may be used in any combination totaling four. (i.e. you may use it yourself to attend four separate performances, or you may use it for yourself and a friend to attend two separate performances, etc.)

Groups
The price per ticket for groups of 10 or more is $15 (students are always $10) and must be purchased by calling the Box Office.
General Ticket Info
Visa and MasterCard only are accepted for online and telephone orders. No reservations can be held without payment. All tickets purchased with a credit card will be charged $1.00 per ticket.
Pre-purchased tickets are held at the box office for your convenience. If you wish to have printed tickets mailed to you, there will be a $5 mailing fee for each order. 4 Performance Flex Pass buyers are not charged a mailing fee.
Tickets are not available by phone or online two hours prior to each indoor performance and four hours prior to the outdoor performances. Last-minute purchases can be made at the Box Office.
The Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to each indoor performance and 2 hours prior to the outdoor performances.
Seating
Seating is general admission at both our indoor and outdoor venues. Flex pass holders and donors at the Players level and up may reserve specific seats for indoor shows by contacting the box office. Seating for the outdoor show is on the lawn: please bring blankets or lawn chairs.
Accessibility
Both the Evergreen Museum & Library and the St. Mary's venue are wheelchair-accessible. The restrooms at St. Mary's are not wheelchair-accessible. Additional services may be available for patrons with special needs. Please call the box office at 410-366-8596 to inquire about these services or arrange for wheelchair seating.
Refund and Exchange Policies
Single ticket purchasers may exchange their tickets to another performance of the same production by contacting the box office at least 24 hours prior to their ticketed performance.
Refunds are not available for ticket purchases. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may return them to BSF as a tax-deductible contribution.
Cancellation of Outdoor Performances
We believe "the show must go on" and very rarely cancel a performance. However, unpredictable summer weather means that cancellation decisions are often made just minutes prior to show time. We encourage you to assume that we will have a show in anything but the worst weather. If a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, your ticket will serve as a rain-check to any performance remaining in the outdoor run. If you are unable to reschedule your attendance, please return your tickets to the cancelled performance to the Box Office for a voucher good for admission to a future BSF performance.
